Summary:The present invention relates to an environment monitoring system, including: a fixed measurement unit for sensing environmental state information in the atmosphere of a corresponding area by being installed in a facility or a structure; a movable measurement unit for sensing the environmental state information in the atmosphere for a movement section by being installed in a moving object; and a control server which controls the fixed measurement unit and the movable measurement unit, and receives the environmental state information sensed from the fixed measurement unit and the movable measurement unit. By this, the system can grasp the density of pollutants more rapidly, by sampling and analyzing a specimen on the spot in real-time, and can realize an effective and systematic management method about the pollutants on the basis of the same. Also, the system of the present invention can realize efficient environmental state sensing by predicting the atmosphere pollution state and the pollution diffusion range etc synthetically by measuring weather data such as wind direction, wind velocity, temperature and humidity which are most important elements in diffusion of the pollutants in the atmosphere by using a meteorological equipment of the fixed measurement unit and the movable measurement unit. Also, the system of the present invention can manage a bad smell pollution area by transmitting the pollutants state information measured from the movable measurement unit and the fixed measurement unit to the control server through a network in real-time, and calculating scientific statistics by storing and analyzing the measurement information collected in real-time, and can realize more efficient measurement and management, in establishing a policy for bad smell management.
