The present invention relates to boiled rice containing weeds, and more specifically, to boiled rice containing edible weeds. The boiled rice containing weeds according to one embodiment of the present invention is boiled rice which is cooked by putting edible weeds, cereals, water and heating the mixture or boiled rice with assorted mixtures which is prepared by mixing edible weeds, boiled rice, and sauce. The boiled rice containing weeds of the present invention includes edible weeds with rich flavor and nutrient as a main ingredient.
