Summary: | The present invention relates to a compound of the following Formula 1, to a liquid crystal medium including a) at least one compound of Formula 1 and b) at least one compound of Formula II, and to a liquid crystal medium having a nematic phase and a negative dielectric anisotropy. In the above formula, each of the parameters has the meaning described in claim 1. In addition, the present invention relates to a use of the liquid crystal medium in an electrooptic display, particularly, in an active-matrix display based on VA, ECB, PALC, FFS or IPS effects, and a use of the compound of the above Formula 1 for stabilizing a display of this type including the liquid crystal medium of this type and a liquid crystal medium including at least one compound of Formula II. |
