Abstract | A wind power generator is disclosed. The wind power generator according to one embodiment of the present invention, which has a pitch bearing inserted between a blade and a hub to adjust the pitch angle of the blade, comprises: a main power supply part for applying power to the wind power generator; an auxiliary power supply part rotating together with the hub and generating electricity using the rotational energy of the hub; a pitch adjusting motor for adjusting the pitch angle of the blade by applying a rotational force to the pitch bearing; a switch for controlling one among the main power supply part and the auxiliary power supply part to apply power to the pitch adjusting motor; and a control part for controlling the switch so that the power of the main power supply part can be applied to the pitch adjusting motor in normal operation and the power of the auxiliary power supply part can be applied to the pitch adjusting motor in an emergency situation that the power of the main power supply part cannot be applied to the pitch adjusting motor. |
