Summary:The present invention includes an electrostatic discharge part which has a stack composition where switching elements are connected in series. The electrostatic discharge part is installed between an input terminal and a ground terminal. Each switching element includes a third terminal which changes a conductive state and a non-conductive state. A first terminal and the third terminal and the second terminal and the ground terminal are connected to a resistor. The conductive state and the non-conductive state are changed by a voltage value which is applied to the input terminal.
