Summary: | Method for generating a three-dimensional (3D) coordinate by using a finger image inputted on a mono camera of a mobile terminal according to the present invention includes (a) a step in which a mono camera of a mobile terminal obtains a target image including a finger area; (b) a step in which a processor of the mobile terminal detects the finger area in a target image by using an image processing technique; (c) a step in which the processor of the mobile terminal detects a fingertip area by using an Adaboost algorithm; and (d) a step in which the processor calculates a 3D coordinate value by using the fingertip area.
