Summary:The present invention relates to a cell culture unit, and more particularly, to a cell culture unit, a cell culture device, and a cell culture system, capable of easily discharging a lung cultured liquid. The cell culture system according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of cell culture units, a plate for accommodating the cell culture units, an incubator for supplying the temperature and ambience, which are suitable to cell growth, to the cell culture units accommodated in the plate; a culture liquid container for storing a culture liquid in a sealed state; and a waste cultured liquid container for storing a waste cultured liquid in a sealed state. The cell culture unit comprises: a culture part which is an inner space in which cells grow; an inlet through which the culture liquid is injected to the culture part; an outlet through which the waste cultured liquid of the culture part is discharged; and an outflow channel connecting the culture part and the outlet. The resistance of the outflow channel is preferably larger than the resistance between the inlet and the culture part. The cell culture unit according to the present invention can easily discharge the waste cultured liquid, thereby improving cell growth conditions.
