Summary:Disclosed is a system of distilling a membrane for distilling liquid. The membrane distilling system includes a heating unit for heating a liquid that is not distilled and has a symmetric and steam permeable fine porous membrane. The fine porous membrane additionally includes a hydrophilic and hydrophobic layers. The membrane distilling system also has a supply unit for transferring a liquid that is not heated and distilled to the hydrophilic layer and a collection unit for collecting the distilled liquid from the hydrophobic layer of the fine porous membrane. A producing method of the fine porous membrane for being used in the memebrane distilling system is provided.
