Abstract PURPOSE: A wireless power transmission device, a method thereof, and a wireless power reception device reduce a communication error rate by determining the best frequency as a resonant frequency using reflection energy measured by each frequency. CONSTITUTION: A source (110) includes a switching mode power supply (111), a power amplifier (112), a matching network (113), a control unit (114), and a communication unit (115). The SMPS switches an AC voltage in a 10-99 Hz band outputted from the power supply. The power amplifier generates communication power or charging power used for multiple target devices. The control unit detects mismatching between a target resonator (133) and a source resonator (131) based on a detected reflective wave. A target (120) includes a matching network (121), a rectifier (122), a DC/DC converter (123), a communication unit (124), and a control unit (125). The target resonator receives various data (140) from the source through in-band communication.
