PURPOSE: An apparatus for dispensing/spraying a reagent into blood collection tubes is provided to be able to improve the quality of blood collection tubes and to enhance the productivity by rapidly dispensing an accurate amount of a reagent in a water-droplet form or by spraying the reagent in a fog form into multiple tubes which are aligned in a cartridge. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus (100) for dispensing/spraying a reagent into blood collection tubes comprises a belt conveyor (110) transferring a cartridge (20) in which multiple tubes (10) are combined in a way of standing upright so that opening tops of the tubes face toward the upper direction; a tube holding unit (120) for aligning the cartridge moving along the belt conveyor at a position where a reagent is sprayed or dispensed; a nozzle unit (130) including plural nozzles (131) so that the reagent is sprayed or dispensed into the tubes; and a nozzle driving unit moving the nozzle unit so that the reagent is sprayed or dispensed into all tubes combined with the cartridge.
