Abstract PURPOSE: A ventilating opening structure for electromagnetic shielding structure is provided to be easily equipped in the case of electronic device, and to releases the heat generated inside the electronic device to outside, thereby the electronic device is protected effectively. CONSTITUTION: The electromagnetic shielding case having conductivity has ventilating opening (210). The conductive shielding duct (100) is installed to cover the ventilating opening of the above electromagnetic shielding case. The vertically installed space (110) inside the above conductive shielding duct for air released from the ventilating opening structure is implemented. The electromagnetic absorbing material (140) is placed inside of the above conductive shielding duct. EMI gasket (300) electrically connects the above shielding case and the shielding duct.
