CONSTITUTION: A film laminating device comprises a first supporting stand (110) including absorption unit; a compressing roll (150) compresses a film on a surface of an absorption panel; a film holder fixing the film on the surface of the compressing roll; a supporting unit supporting the compressing roll; a confirmation unit for confirming the location of the fixed film; and an arrangement unit arranging the panel and the film based on a location confirmed by a location confirmation unit.
