PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a nonslip floor material for a vehicle mat, the nonslip floor material, and the vehicle are provided to sufficiently perform a nonslip function of the mat by increasing drag coefficient for the surface and improving an adhesive property with a floor. CONSTITUTION: After PET thread or short staple (11) is arranged and is carding-processed in order to include a pretended thickness, a needle punching process is performed in order to manufacture a nonwoven fabric (40) forming a raised tissue. The nonwoven fabric is supplied to a lower layer, and a hot-melt adhesive (50) is coated on the upper surface of the nonwoven fabric. Nylon BCF or PET velour is supplied to an upper layer (42) with the adhesive coated layer and is attached by a heating roller (60). A direct heating method is applied to the other side of the upper layer attached to the nonwoven fabric so that an end of the raised tissue formed on the nonwoven fabric is comprised.
