Abstract | PURPOSE: A catalyst supply apparatus and method, and an exhaust gas processing facility including the same are provided to effectively remove foreign substances compared to the method of catalyst supply and foreign substance removal in a mechanical method which uses the apparatus such as conveyor, elevator and shifter, to be able to increase the catalyst supply amount per hour, and to be able to simplify the facility structure. CONSTITUTION: A catalyst supply apparatus comprises a dust collector(220); a foreign substance discharge line(240); and a catalyst supply line(250). The dust collector is supplied with the catalyst and separates foreign substances in the catalyst. The foreign substance discharge line discharges the foreign substances from the dust collector. The catalyst supply line supplies the catalyst from the dust collector to a processing unit. The dust collector includes a cyclone dust collector. The catalyst supply apparatus further comprises a catalyst storage unit(210); a catalyst transfer line(230); and a suction member(242). The catalyst transfer line transfers the catalyst from the catalyst storage unit to the dust collector. The suction member is equipped on the foreign substance discharge line. The catalyst transfer line transfers the catalyst from the catalyst storage unit to the dust collector by suction pressure of the suction member. |
