Abstract | PURPOSE: A metal electrode pattern manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus thereof are provided to transfer a substrate on space and to irradiate the substrate with a laser beam, thereby being applicable to mass production, area expansion and mass production of patterns. CONSTITUTION: A step(S100) of dye-coating a substrate slot with an organo-metallic compound ink; the step(S200) of preliminary heating up the coated substrate; the step(S300) of forming patterns by irradiating the heated substrate with a laser beam sent through a laser scanner from the single laser source; the step(S400) of washing the substrate formed with the patterns; and the step(S500)of post-heating the washed substrate.
