PURPOSE: A regenerated water manufacturing device using a siphon principle and a regenerated water manufacturing method using the same are provided to manufacture a regenerated water at a predetermined concentration by supplying a regenerated water that is saturated in a first chamber and diluted with a raw water in a second chamber. CONSTITUTION: A regenerated water manufacturing device using a siphon principle includes a regenerating case(110) and a regenerated water discharging machine(130). The regenerating case comprises a plurality of chambers(112,116) that are segmented by a barrier(111). The regenerated water discharging machine ejects the raw water or the regenerated water contained in the plurality of chambers. The regenerated water discharging machine uses a siphon member(131) and a plotter(137) to control exhaustion of the raw water or the regenerated water from the plurality of chambers.
