PURPOSE: An emergency flashlight with a fire extinguisher is provided to allow a fixing body to fix on one side of a corridor, an office or a room and allow a moving body to connect to the fixing body, thereby automatically generating lighting and an alarm in emergency. CONSTITUTION: A rectification unit of a fixing body(2) supplies DC power to a socket(120). A moving body(1) includes a storage battery, a control board, a lamp(30) and a speaker(180). When the control board puts the moving body in the fixing body, the control board receives the DC power from an inserted plug(45). The control board charges the storage battery by the DC power. When the moving body is separated from the fixing body or a blackout is generated, the control board generates lighting of the lamp and an alarm of the speaker.
