Abstract | A method for implementing a user interface function on a computing device (100) is described as well as the respective computing device (100). The method comprising detecting an image movement gesture input (106) on a user interface device of the computing device (100), determining an image movement of an image displayed on the computing device (100) based on the movement gesture input (106), determining whether a boundary of the image displayed on the computing device (100) is reached based on the determined image movement, determining a distortion function to be applied to distort the image displayed on the computing device (100), calculating a distortion factor based on a distance the image movement gesture input (106) would move the image displayed on the computing device (100) after the boundary of the image displayed in the computing device (100) is reached and distorting the image displayed on the computing device (100) when a boundary of the image is reached by applying the determined distortion function to the image displayed on the computing device (100) based on the calculated distortion factor. |
