Abstract | PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent display device is provided to produce a touch panel function without the increase of thickness by directly patterning a touch sensing electrode on a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A first protective layer covers a first touch sensing electrode layer(21). A ground layer(30) comprises light transmitting material. The ground layer is formed on the front side of the first protective layer and is electrically grounded. An insulating layer is directly arranged on the ground layer. An organic light-emitting device is directly arranged on the insulating layer. A plurality of thin film transistors is arranged between the insulating layer and the organic light-emitting device. The plurality of thin film transistors is electrically connected to one or more organic light emitting devices. |
