Summary:PURPOSE: A capacitance type touch screen or a touch panel equipped with a fingerprint reader is provided to equip itself with the fingerprint reader, thereby detecting a touch and a user fingerprint. CONSTITUTION: A touch screen(90) includes a first electrical conductivity driving electrodes, arranged in a column and a row, and a second electrical conductivity sensing electrodes inclining to the column and the row of the first electrical conductivity driving electrodes at a fixed angle and arranged in the column and the row. Mutual capacitance is generated at a position where a first and a second individual cell groups related to each other are formed at by intersecting of the first and the second electrical conductivity electrodes. The mutual capacitance is changed by a finger or a touch device which approaches close to the touch screen. A driving circuit is connected to the first electrical conductivity driving electrodes. A first sensing circuit is connected to the second electrical conductivity sensing electrodes of the first and the second individual cell groups.
