Abstract PURPOSE: A cell culture unit is provided to simultaneously culture various kinds of cells and the same kind of cells under different conditions. CONSTITUTION: A cell culture unit(100) comprises: a glass slide(110) for directly culturing cells; a housing(120) which is coupled at the upper portion of the glass slide; an integrated O-ring(130) which is integrally inserted and fixed along the lower circumference; a holder(140) which has the glass slide on the upper side and is coupled to the housing; and a cover(150) for covering the upper portion of the housing.
