Summary:PURPOSE: A crank throw manufacturing device and method are provided to remove the need for manufacturing a preform, thereby reducing manufacturing processes and costs. CONSTITUTION: A crank throw manufacturing device(1) comprises a press unit(2), toggles(3,4), a pair of upsetting dies(5), a bending die(20), and an anvil(30). The anvil is installed at the bottom of the bending die to stop metal flow. A preform is formed in a rod shape, and both ends of the preform are located between concave journal parts, which are respectively formed in the pair of upsetting dies, according to the shape of a crank throw shaft journal of a crank throw.
