Abstract PURPOSE: A DC power source device and an LED lamp system are provided to improve the efficiency of a load control circuit by suppressing a difference between an input voltage and an output voltage. CONSTITUTION: A DC power circuit(37) boosts a power voltage. A load control circuit(38) supplies a DC voltage made by dropping an output voltage of the DC power circuit to a load. A control circuit(39) controls the load control circuit according to a voltage or current of the load. The control circuit controls the DC power circuit to form an output voltage with a preset ratio of the voltage of the load. The control circuit controls the DC power circuit by increasing or decreasing the output voltage according to a preset threshold and the voltage of the load.
