Summary:PURPOSE: A heat transfer film, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer excellent surface property including fingerprint resistance to the heat transfer film using a curable resin as a protective layer. CONSTITUTION: A heat transfer film includes a base film, a radical polymerizable resin composition layer, and a decorative layer which are successively laminated. The radical polymerizable resin composition layer contains a compound including a (meth)acrylic resin with a radical polymerizable unsaturated group, and a (meth)acryloyl group with more than with polyalkylene glycol branch. The compound is polyalkylene glycol mono(meth)acrylate or polyalkylene glycol di(meth)acrylate.
