Abstract | PURPOSE: A robot system is provided to transfer and load component by using an imaging device and double-arm manipulator. CONSTITUTION: A robot system(10) comprises a manipulator(11), a worktable(17), an imaging device(100), a component feeding unit, and a control system(150). The worktable is arranged with a movable range of the manipulator. The imaging device supplies components to the worktable. The control system comprises an imaging control unit(24), a component detection unit(26), and a manipulator control unit(22). The imaging control unit controls the imaging device to take a two dimensional photograph of the components on the worktable. The component detection unit contrasts a template of the components and the two dimensional display images, thereby checking the components. The component detection unit detects each checked position and posture. The manipulator control unit operates the manipulator, thereby performing a process with respect to the checked components. |
