Abstract PURPOSE: A dye sensitized solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remove an injection hole for injecting an electrolyte into a substrate by interposing the electrolyte into a porous spacer. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(113) is formed on a first substrate(110). A second substrate(150) faces the first substrate. A second electrode(159) is formed in the side of the second substrate. A nano particle layer(119) is made of semiconductor oxide or metal oxide. A spacer(125) includes an electrolyte inside.
