PURPOSE: A polymer for the unit cell of a solar battery is provided to form a thin layer with wide sunlight absorption region, excellent charge mobility, excellent solubility, and uniform thickness. CONSTITUTION: A polymer for the unit cell of a solar battery is in chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1 and R2 is respectively and independently hydrogen, a linear or non-linear C2-18 alkyl group or a C2-18 alkenyl group, R3 and R4 is respectively and independently a linear or non-linear C2-18 alkyl group. The alkyl group or alkenyl group of the R1-R4 can be substituted by a halogen group or an ether group, n is the integer of 1-6,00, m and l is respectively the integer of 1-6,000, and k is the integer of 1-10,000.
