Abstract | PURPOSE: A lane recognition system using a laser sensor and a camera is provided to recognize land and to improve reliability of lane location information. CONSTITUTION: A lane recognition system for extracting lane location information comprises: a camera(110) for generating image information by photographing lanes; an image processing unit(120) for extracting lane location information of whole lanes based on image information; a laser sensor(130) which emits laser light and senses reflection of the laser light; and a laser data processing unit(140) for extracting the lane location information by calculating change of reflection of the entire lane from reflection of the sensed laser light. |
