PURPOSE: A content service system and a content service method are provided to supply tagging information about an inputted user comment to a content service server, thereby enabling the content service server to effectively generate and manage additional information about moving picture content. CONSTITUTION: A terminal device(100) reproduces fixed moving picture content. If a selection area for a fixed scene image related to the moving picture content is set and a user comment is inputted, the terminal device generates tagging information corresponding to the moving picture content based on the user comment. A content service server(200) generates and manages additional information about the moving picture content based on the tagging information.
