Summary:PURPOSE: A portable photovoltaic power generating device is provided to automatically track sunlight without an external power by using a spiral spring. CONSTITUTION: An incline angle control unit(130,190) arranges a solar cell module(120) and a condensing lens according to the altitude of the sun. An azimuth control unit(140,180) linearly arranges the solar cell module and the condensing lens with the sun. A photovoltaic power generating unit includes a sunlight tracking unit(150) which rotates the azimuth control unit in response to the movement of the sun by vertically inputting the sunlight to the incident surface of the condensing lens. A holding unit holds the photovoltaic power generating unit on the ground by detachably combining the photovoltaic power generating unit.
