PURPOSE: A movable temporary soundproofing wall is provided to install and remove a soundproofing plate with a roll blind method and change the soundproofing plate according to work environment, thereby maximizing sound absorbing effect. CONSTITUTION: A movable temporary soundproofing wall comprises a main frame(110), a vertical frame(120), a support frame(130), a rotary shaft(140), a guide shaft(150), and a sound absorbing-insulating member(160). The main frame has first hinge projections on both sides of the top and stepped fixing projections on the rear side of the first hinge projections. The vertical frame has first hinges on both sides of the bottom in which the first hinge projections of the main frame are connected and second hinge projections on the rear sides of both ends. The support frame has second hinges which are coupled with the fixing projections of the main frame and third hinges which are coupled with the second hinge projections. The rotary shaft is coupled to the front of the main frame via a bearing. The guide shaft is coupled to the vertical frame via a bearing. The sound absorbing-insulating member is raised and lowered by the rotation of the rotary shaft.
