Abstract PURPOSE: A malfunction sensing system is provided to grasp the malfunction location among a plurality of thyristors or ignition device easily. CONSTITUTION: The measure system(200) generates the result signal for judging the malfunction or function of ignition device which controls thyristors(100) which are power semiconductor element included in the power conversion facility for the power conversion in the water supply booting system or the large capacity generator, and outputs the result signal by converting into the light signal. The signal processing device(300) outputs the malfunction signal including information about the malfunction of thyristor and ignition device and corresponding to the result signal. The monitering(400) receives the malfunction signal, and indicates the malfunction of the thyristors or the ignition device.
