Abstract PURPOSE: A turbine rotor blade cascade and a steam turbine are provided to reduce an aerodynamic loss between rotors by optimizing the arrangement between rotors of an intermediate connecting member or the cross sectional shape of an intermediate connecting member. CONSTITUTION: A turbine rotor blade cascade contains plural rotors(20) installed in the circumferential direction of a turbine rotor and equipped with a dorsal connecting member(22) projected to the backside(21) of a blade and a ventral connecting member(24) projected to the ventral side(23) of a blade, and an intermediate connecting member formed by making a dorsal connecting member and a ventral connecting member of an adjacent rotor in contact when the rotor rotates, wherein the downstream edge of the intermediate connecting member is located in the upstream side than a throat of a flow passage formed between the rotors.
