Summary: | PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the barrier effects for an active layer, thereby sufficiently protecting the active layer from moisture and oxygen. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor comprises a gate electrode, an active layer(23), a source electrode, a drain electrode, and an insulating layer(24). The active layer is insulated from the gate electrode. The source electrode and the drain electrode are connected to the gate electrode and contact an active layer. The insulating layer is interposed among the source electrode, the drain electrode, and the active layer. An organic light emitting device is electrically connected to a thin film transistor. The insulating layer comprises a first insulation layer(241) and a second insulation layer. The first insulation layer is close to the active layer. The second insulation layer is placed on the first insulation layer. |
