Abstract | PURPOSE: An image improvement algorithm device and method thereof are provided not to reduce image quality improvement effect by reducing and removing a side effect which occurs when establishing a picture quality improvement algorithm of an image. CONSTITUTION: A boundary is found by comparing a 2D differential signal characteristic which is obtained through a 2D differential Laplacian of Gaussian classifier and a real space coordination signal characteristic. A slope of a boundary part is optimized. An image signal brightness value of a boundary part through a random parameter delta blocks all kinds of side effects. |
