Abstract PURPOSE: A differential amplifier and an input buffer of a semiconductor memory apparatus using the same are provided to improve the reliability of an operation by performing a normal operation regardless of the variation of P,V and T. CONSTITUTION: In a differential amplifier and an input buffer of a semiconductor memory apparatus using the same, an amplifier(100) generates first and second amplification signal while being activated. An amplification unit precharges first and second input signals and first and second amplification signals by the same voltage level. The voltage level of the first amplified signal is higher than the voltage level of the second amplification signal. A signal generator(200) lowers the voltage level of a first output signal. A signal generator increases the voltage level of the second output signal. The voltage level of the first amplified signal is lower than the voltage level of the second amplification signal. A signal generator increases the voltage level of a first output signal. The signal generator lowers the voltage level of the second output signal.
