Abstract | PURPOSE: A transdermal administration formulation containing multilayered adhesive layer is provided to enhance skin penetration speed and to continuously control administration rate of drugs. CONSTITUTION: A transdermal administration formulation contains: a first adhesive layer; a second adhesive layer which is adjacent to the lower portion of the first adhesive layer and controls administration rate of drugs without drugs; a third adhesive layer containing drugs, which is adjacent to the lower portion of the second adhesive layer. The transdermal administration formulation of a patch comprises: a non-invasive back layer(10), a first adhesive layer(20), the second adhesive layer(30), the third adhesive layer(40), and a release layer(50) for removing before use. |
