Summary:PURPOSE: A solid-state imaging device of an electronic apparatus is provided to improve the sensitivity of the electronic device, and increase the dynamic range. CONSTITUTION: R pixel(23) comprises R filter which penetrates red light. B pixel(24) comprises B filter which penetrates blue light. S1 pixel(21) includes S1 filter in which the visible light transmittance rate does not depend on the wavelength in the visible light area. The S1 pixel has higher sensitivity than the R pixel. The S2 pixel(22) includes the S2 filter having the lower visible light transmission rate than the S1 filter.
