Abstract | PURPOSE: A substrate for an organic electro-luminescence element is provided to improve the productivity by verifying the quality a driving and a switching thin film transistor before an organic light emitting layer is formed. CONSTITUTION: A gate line(113) and a data line(128) cross each other. A power line(130) passes through a pixel region(P). A common line(115) is parallelly spaced apart from the gate line. A switching thin film transistor(STr) is in connection with the gate line and the data line. A driving thin-film transistor(DTr) is in connection with a switching thin film transistor and the power line. A storage electrode is formed by being overlapped with the power line. |
