Summary: | PURPOSE: A human-lactoferricin protein fragment-producing recombinant strain is provided to produce human-derived lactoferricin. CONSTITUTION: A human-lactoferricin peptide-producing recombinant strain has a system expressing or overexpressing latoffericin peptide into a strain using an expression system. A recombinant vector is used as a fusion factor. The expression is induced by adding 0.1mM of IPTG under 20°C to induce normal expression or block inclusion body generation of MMIS fusion human lactoffericin peptide in culturing the recombinant strain. The recombinant strain is E.coli. |
