Abstract | PURPOSE: A T-connection, a design method of T-connection, and compact modeling of T-connection are provided to reduce defects and restrictions in modeling of T-connection, a scalable T-connection library component, and an existing technique. CONSTITUTION: The integrated first, second, and third arms(345,355,350) are protruded from a side vertical to a body. The integrated arms include the first width contacting the body and the same length extended from the body. A conductive step-connection unit(305) includes the first section unit(330) with the first width and the second section unit(335) of the second width contacting the first section unit. The second width and the first width are different. The first section unit integrally contacts the first arm of the T-connection. |
