Summary: | PURPOSE: A vacuum insulated switch gear is provided to improve the crack resistance of a vacuum container by alleviating the thermal stress of an epoxy resin. CONSTITUTION: A first silicon rubber layer is spread on the upper edge part of the insulating cylinder(8A) of a vacuum container(80). A self-fusing insulating tape layer is wound in the outer surface of the first silicon rubber layer. A second silicon rubber layer is spread on the outer periphery of the insulating cylinder and the self-fusing insulating tape layer. A shield is arranged in the lower edge part of the insulating cylinder after the deaeration process of the first and the second silicon rubber layer. An epoxy resin layer(E) molds the vacuum container. |
