Abstract | PURPOSE: A frequency synchronization device of an OFDM system is provided to improve performance degradation in inferior channel environment by applying a weighting value according to the correlation period of an OFDM multiple path. CONSTITUTION: A channel estimator(100) obtains a main path from a channel impulse response value, each delay time of the main path, and power of the main path and an echo path. A correlator(200) obtains a first correlation value between a first guard period and a first copying period, a second correlation value between a first overlapping period and a second overlapping period, and a third correlation value between a second guard period and a second copying period. A weighting value calculating part(300) obtains a first, a second, and a third weighting value by using noise power. |
