CONSTITUTION: A driver's seat airbag cover comprises a cover panel and an outer skin. The cover panel has a rupture line for the development of an airbag. The outer skin covers the cover panel. The outer skin has a main tear line(21) and a secondary tear line(22). The main tear line is formed corresponding to the rupture line. The secondary tear is expanded along the main tear line.
