Abstract PURPOSE: An electro-photographic photoreceptor, a manufacturing method thereof, a process cartridge including thereof, and an image forming apparatus are provided to stably maintain the electrical property and the image property of the photoreceptor. CONSTITUTION: An electro-photographic photoreceptor comprises a conductive substrate, a photosensitive layer located on the conductive substrate, and an upmost surface layer formed with a cured layer of a composition containing a compound including a triphenylamine skeleton and more than four methacryloyl groups. The compound is marked with chemical formula A. In the chemical formula A, Ar1~Ar4 are a substituted or non-substituted aryl group, respectively. Ar5 refers to the substituted or non-substituted aryl group, or a substituted or non-substituted arylene group.
