Summary:PURPOSE: A bridge purchase card bond management system is provided to support stable funds to the first and second vendor. CONSTITUTION: A bridge purchase card bond management server(16) executes making payment by receiving an advance payment request signal from the first vendor terminal(2). The bridge purchase card bond management server receives a trade approval requirement signal about a bridge purchase dedicated card from the first vendor terminal and performs calculation of funds which are not purchased. The bridge purchase card bond management server receives the advance payment request signal from the second vendor terminal(6) and pays the funds which are not purchased. The bridge purchase card bond management server performs the funds calculation when an ordering organization pays the product payment.
