Summary:PURPOSE: A solid-state image capture device and an image capture device are provided to obtain signals of a visible ray and a near infrared ray without deteriorating color reproduction and color resolution, thereby photographing under a condition with a small amount of incident light. CONSTITUTION: Photoelectric conversion elements(12) perform photoelectric conversion for incident light to obtain a signal charge. Color filter units(13) are on light incident sides of the photoelectric conversion elements. An organic photoelectric conversion layer(14) is formed on light incident sides of the color filter units. The organic photoelectric conversion layer comprises a color for absorbing near-infrared light.
