Abstract PURPOSE: A liquid crystal aligning agent, a liquid crystal aligning layer, and a liquid crystal display device including thereof are provided to improve the liquid crystal orientation-regulating force, and improve the reliability of the liquid crystal aligning layer. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal aligning agent contains a polymer with a recurring unit marked as chemical formula 1, and a polymer selected from the group consisting of tetracarboxylic dianhydride, polyamic acid, and an imidized polymer of the polyamic acid. In the chemical formula 1, R1 refers to a hydrogen atom or a methyl group. B1 refers to a fluoroalkyl group with the carbon number of 1~10 if A1 refers to a single bond methylene group or an alkylene group with the carbon number of 2~10. 본 발명은, 우수한 액정 배향 규제력(프리틸트각 발현성)을 나타내고, 개선된 소부(燒付) 특성을 갖고, 고도의 신뢰성 및 장기간에 걸친 열 응력 인가 후의 잔류 DC 전압의 축적이 억제된 액정 배향막을 제공할 수 있는 액정 배향제를 제공하는 것이다. 상기 액정 배향제는 하기 화학식 1-1로 표시되는 구조로 대표되는 특정한 반복 단위를 갖는 중합체와, 테트라카르복실산 이무수물 및 디아민을 반응시켜 얻어지는 폴리아믹산 및 그의 이미드화 중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 중합체를 함유한다.
