Abstract | PURPOSE: A liquid crystal aligning agent, a liquid crystal aligning layer, and a liquid crystal display device including thereof are provided to improve the liquid crystal orientation-regulating force, and improve the reliability of the liquid crystal aligning layer. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal aligning agent contains a polymer with a recurring unit marked as chemical formula 1, and a polymer selected from the group consisting of tetracarboxylic dianhydride, polyamic acid, and an imidized polymer of the polyamic acid. In the chemical formula 1, R1 refers to a hydrogen atom or a methyl group. B1 refers to a fluoroalkyl group with the carbon number of 1~10 if A1 refers to a single bond methylene group or an alkylene group with the carbon number of 2~10.
