PURPOSE: A panel member molding device and a molding method using the same are provided to heat a panel member in molding and reduce manufacturing costs by molding various curved surfaces using one device. CONSTITUTION: A panel member molding device comprises a lower base(100), a lower height-adjusting part(110), a lower forming plate(120), an upper base(200), upper height-adjusting part(210), an upper forming plate(220), and a controller(300). The lower forming plane is formed in various shapes according to the elastic length of each elastic rod of the lower height-adjusting part. The upper forming surface is formed in various shapes according to the elastic length of each elastic rod of the lower height-adjusting part. The panel member is compressed between the upper forming plate and the lower forming plate.
