Abstract | PURPOSE: A DC voltage distribution device using a charge pump is provided to supply a voltage to each configuration block of an electric device by distributing a preset DC input voltage to different arbitrary DC output voltages without a dropper regulator. CONSTITUTION: A first DC/DC converter(10) reduces a DC input voltage to a first DC output voltage and distributes the first DC output voltage. A charge pump(41) boosts the first DC output voltage to a second DC output voltage and distributes the boosted voltage. A second DC/DC converter(12) reduces the DC input voltage to a third DC output voltage and distributes the third DC output voltage. |
